A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Todd Bartusek has more than 15 years of experience as a Realtor for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Todd Bartusek also supports a number of local charitable organizations, including Sunshine Kids and NorthStar.

Serving the community of Greater Omaha, NorthStar is dedicated to addressing the academic needs of its participants. Established in 2007, the organization is founded on the principle of behavioral engagement and uses five separate core ideals to guide each of its programs, from arts and academics to employment readiness and experimental learning. Although the after-school program is NorthStar’s primary service, it also offers a summer school program, Camp NorthStar.

Open five days a week from the beginning of June through the end of July, boys currently in 4th through 10th grade may attend Camp NorthStar. Created in 2015, the camp’s focus is on academic achievement, although it does partner with the Omaha Outward Bound School for recreational activities like rock climbing and canoeing. Led by a group of trained professionals, Camp NorthStar is designed to help its attendees build critical life skills while having fun both in the classroom and out of doors.
