Todd Bartusek serves as a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in the Omaha, Nebraska area. Todd Bartusek balances his professional commitments with his interest in local charitable organizations, which includes support of the NorthStar 360 program.

NorthStar is an after school program for young men in the greater Omaha area. Open to boys in grades four through 10, the program helps young men build character, embrace healthful living, and thrive in school.

In order to prepare its participants for success outside of school as well, NorthStar operates an employment readiness program for its older students. Young men learn about timeliness and professionalism by taking part in a variety of low-key internships and job shadows.

In addition to visiting and touring various work places, NorthStar students assist with NorthStar athletic events as part of their employment readiness training. When they age out of the program and graduate, these young adults are often invited back to work as tutors, coaches, and instructors.
