Since 2001, Todd Bartusek has guided clients through the process of buying and selling homes in his role with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. A recipient of the Excellence in Personal Marketing award, Todd Bartusek is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

The largest trade association in the United States, NAR represents 1.1 million members throughout the residential and commercial real estate industries. Among the organization’s numerous community programs is a diversity program that helps Americans achieve their dreams of home ownership. The Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity program offers resources that help realtors connect and communicate with diverse populations. The program offers events, grants, and education tailored specifically to the unique needs of varied cultural groups.

To promote inclusivity and diversity among real estate professionals, NAR also offers the At Home with Diversity® certification, which instructs REALTORS® in cultural competency and enables them to effectively serve diverse clients. The 6-8 hour workshop provides continuing education credits for REALTORS®, brokers, and agents.
